ADvent

ADvent will be held in two categories; Team participation and Solo Participation.

Some common rules for Team participation( all rounds) and solo participation( all rounds):
1.The teams are requested to send the entries to [email protected]
2. The time frame for making the reels should be strictly followed.
3.The reels and posters are to be sent before the deadline given to the participants.
4.Round 1 and Round 2 will be judged by the ADvent team, Round 3 will be judged by the judging panel.
5.Round 1 and Round 2 will be completely online, whereas Round 3 will be conducted in an offline mode.

Team Participation:
(1-3 members per team)
RULES
ROUND 1: Make a Reel on the topic given by the ADvent Team.
– Reel should be of maximum 90 seconds.
– Use of animation is allowed.
– Acting is not compulsory.
– Selection will be based on Creativity and Overall Impression.

ROUND 2: Teams qualified for Round 2 will have to make a reel (Within 48hrs) on the product/brand given by the ADvent team.
– The Duration of the reel will be 60-90 seconds.
– Minimum one member has to act in the reel.(influence)
– Use of animation is allowed.
– Selection will be based on creativity, Innovation, Execution, Acting, Originality, Overall Impression.

ROUND 3: The Qualified teams have to present their Round 2 reels in front of the judges.
– winners will be decided on the basis of Creativity, Innovation, Execution,
Acting, Originality, Overall impression.

 

Solo Participation:
RULES
ROUND 1: Make a poster on the topic given by the ADvent Team.
– Only digital posters are allowed.
– Selection will be based on Creativity, Content, Overall Impression.

ROUND 2: Make a poster (within 5hrs) on the topic given by the ADvent Team.
– Only digital posters are allowed.
– Selection will be based on Creativity, Content, Execution, Originality, Overall Impression.

ROUND 3: The qualified participants will have to present their ideas (Along with the Round 2 posters) in front of the judges.
– The participants will present their ideas (1-2 mins)
– Selection will be based on Creativity, Content, Execution, Originality, Overall Impression.

Note: The judging panel reserves the rights to disqualify the participant team if any of the are
breached by any participant. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves updated.
